Purpose / Mission

Amazing Athletes is a youth sports enrichment program that focuses on teaching kids ages 18 months to 12 years old the basics of 10 different sports and activities (Baseball, Basketball, Football, Golf, Hockey, Lacrosse, Soccer, Tennis, Track and Field, Volleyball, and many more) with an introduction to nutrition, muscle identification, and development of key motors skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Following the established Amazing Athletes curriculum, the primary responsibility for this position is to teach the basics of different sports, activities, nutritional information, muscle identification, and basic motor development skills to kids ages 18 months to 12 years
• Coaches will travel throughout the Greater Charlotte area to different daycares, preschools, and public / private schools to teach
• Tracking attendance, keeping records of child progress, and maintaining positive relationships with center staff, directors, parents, and other Amazing Athletes staff are other important areas of responsibility
• Ensure the safety of all participants while in the care of Amazing Athletes

Working Conditions

Candidates must be able to stand, bend down, and move for extended periods of time, often outdoors. Must be able to pull / carry up to 25 lbs.

Schedule details:

• Average of 15 hours of coaching with room for growth with time
• Looking for candidates available between the hours of 8AM - 5PM, M-F on a weekly consistent basis
